1. Design Services

Refunds for design services are subject to the following conditions:
1.1 Cancellation Before Work Commencement: If a client cancels their order before design work has commenced, a full refund will be provided.
1.2 Cancellation During the Design Phase: If the client cancels after partial work has been completed, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
1.3 Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted once the final design has been approved and delivered.

2. Construction Services

Refunds for construction services are subject to the following conditions:
2.1 Advance Payments: Advance payments made for procurement of materials or labor are non-refundable.
2.2 Project Cancellation by Client:

  • If the client cancels the project before construction begins, a full refund of unused funds will be issued.
  • If the project is canceled during construction, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
    2.3 Force Majeure: In cases of unavoidable delays or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), refunds will not be provided.
